Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluß der Becker Wohnbedarf GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die grössenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden berücksichtigt.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluß der Becker Wohnbedarf GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmässige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmässigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen.

Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Geschäftsjahresabschreibung

Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung der Bilanz ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

Die Sofortabschreibung geringwertiger Wirtschaftsgüter wird als Zugang und Abgang ausgewiesen. Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung enthält damit diese Beträge nicht.

Vorschlag zur Ergebnisverwendung

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit den Gesellschaftern die folgende Ergebnisverwendung vor:

Das Jahresergebnis beträgt - € 36.928,59.

Einschliesslich des zu berücksichtigenden Vortrages i. H. v. - € 44.993,24 ergibt sich ein Betrag von - € 81.921,83, der zu verwenden ist.

In die Rücklagen werden € 0,-- eingestellt.

Auf neue Rechnung werden - € 81.921,83 vorgetragen.
