ANGABEN ZUR BILANZIERUNG UND BEWERTUNG EINSCHLIESSLICH DER VORNAHME

STEUERLICHER MASSNAHMEN

Tz ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

1 Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Webland Internet Service GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend hierzu waren die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes und der Steuergesetze zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellkosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzung der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

2 Die Verbindlichkeiten sind in der Bilanz entsprechend den Vorschriften des § 185 HGB gegliedert. Solche mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht. auch sind davon keine durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert.

3 ERGEBNISVERWENDUNG Der Jahresüberschuss 2011 beläuft sich auf 750,00 EUR und wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Das Bilanzergebnis entwickelt sich demnach wie folgt:
