With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB), des Gesellschaftsrechts und den ergänzenden Vorschriften desGesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Die Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend den Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 und 275 HGB aufgestellt, wobei bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewendet wurde.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze, sowie die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert fortgeführt.

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögens gegenstände linear oder degressiv vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Forderungen in Höhe von 1.750,00 EUR an classic interior wurden aufgrund der Eröffnung des
Insolvenzverfahrens im Jahr 2024 als uneinbringlich eingestuft und als Forderungsverlust, gewinnmindernd berücksichtigt.

Liquide Mittel sind mit Ihrem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind mit Ihrem Nominalzahlbetrag angesetzt. Sie werden über die zu Grunde gelegte Laufzeit aufgelöst.

Die Rückstellungen wurden mit Ihrem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von größer als einem Jahr wurden abgezinst. Alle erkennbaren Risiken wurden berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit Ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden mit Ihrem Nominalszahlbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2024 wurden durchschnittlich zwei Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Die Geschäftsführung oblag Sven Farrenberg, 07.05.1968.

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen wie folgt:
