Anhang

Grundlagen und Methoden

Vorliegender Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2014 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB erstellt. Die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes wurden ebenfalls berücksichtigt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den Gliederungsvorschriften des § 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Form der Darstellung wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung kommt das Gesamtkostenverfahren zur Anwendung.

Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 4 HGB verzichtet.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Gegenstände des immateriellen Anlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet und um die planmäßige Abschreibung vermindert.

Der Wertansatz der Sachanlagen berechnete sich aus den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen.

Das Vorratsvermögen wurde zu den Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet und hinsichtlich ihrer Werthaltigkeit geprüft. Uneinbringliche Forderungen wurden in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Steuerrückstellungen weisen die für das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden Steuern aus.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet, wobei alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt wurden.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.
Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die planmäßige Abschreibung erfolgte linear in der steuerlich zulässigen Höhe unter Beachtung der branchenüblichen oder betriebsbedingten Nutzungsdauer. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen oder Wertberichtigungen wurden 2014 nicht vorgenommen.
Sonstige Angaben

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder.

Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2014 waren durchschnittlich keine Personen beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt: René Deichsel und Jörn Schilling
