Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben
Die evasys GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Lüneburg. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Lüneburg unter HRB 1604 eingetragen.
Der Jahresabschluss der evasys GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibung ist die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes (§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 1, Abs. 3 HGB). Bei den immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen erfolgt die Abschreibung linear. Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden ebenfalls linear abgeschrieben.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 800,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.
Die Finanzanlagen werden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und jährlich auf ihre Werthaltigkeit überprüft.
Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.
Forderungen wurdenunter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Liquide Mittel werden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.
Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden nur solche vor dem Bilanzstichtag geleisteten Ausgaben aktiviert, die Aufwand für eine kalendermäßig bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Als passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind erhaltene Zahlungen vor dem Abschlussstichtag angesetzt, soweit sie Ertrag für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesem Zeitpunkt darstellen.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz
Anteilsbesitz
Gemäß § 285 Nr. 11 HGB wird über nachstehende Unternehmen berichtet:
- Electric Paper Ltd., London mit 100% und einem Eigenkapital von TEUR 35,4.
- evasys labs Kft, Budapest mit 100%
Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht.
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht.
Folgende sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestehen:
- aus Mietverträgen für Büroräume in Lüneburg und Hamburg mit TEUR 143,3 p.a.
- aus Mietleasingverträgen für Kraftfahrzeuge und E-Bikes TEUR 53,9 p.a.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
