Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Packando GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Lüneburg und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Lüneburg unter der HRB 205382 eingetragen.

Die Packando GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung
Allgemeine Angaben

Die Geschäftsführung geht im Rahmen der Bewertung vom Grundsatz der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 aus.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Packando GmbH, Wilhelm-Fressel-Str. 2, 21337 Lüneburg, wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und - soweit abnutzbar - um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 51.000,00 €.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen enthalten Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen (ohne Gesellschafterforderungen) von 42,72 € (Vorjahr 1.500,40 €) und Forderungen gegen die Gesellschafterin von 1.248,40€ (Vorjahr 3.127,48 €).

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind in branchenüblichem Umfang durch Eigentumsvorbehalte gesichert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen enthalten Verbindlichkeiten gegen verbundene Unternehmen (ohne Gesellschafterverbindlichkeiten) von 0,00 € (Vorjahr 0,00 €) und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der Gesellschafterin von 5.723,85 € (Vorjahr 9.117,29 €).

Angaben zur Vermittlung eines besseren Einblicks in die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage zutreffend wieder.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
