Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses sowie hinsichtlich der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind die Vorschriften der § 242 ff. HGB sowie der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 ff. HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB angewendet worden. Dabei wurden die zulässigen größenabhängigen Erleichterungen i.S.d. § 288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen und ergänzende Vorschriften des AktG und des GmbHG beachtet.

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Inter Data Systems GmbH mit Ihrem Sitz in Maintal unter der Registernummer HRB 5421 in das Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Hanau eingetragen.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind - mit Ausnahme des Ausweises der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bzw. deren Fristigkeiten - im Anhang aufgeführt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres wurden im Wesentlichen beibehalten.

1. Aktiva

Die Sachanlagen sind zu den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und nach Maßgabe der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer in Anlehnung an die amtlichen Abschreibungstabellen der Finanzverwaltung um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Anschaffungskosten für bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens, die einer selbständigen Nutzung fähig sind, werden bei Anschaffungskosten von EUR 250 bis zu EUR 800 im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bewertet. Risiken bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind, sofern erforderlich, durch Wertberichtigungen angemessen Rechnung getragen.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthält Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Stichtag darstellen.

2. Passiva

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet und mit zu ihren, nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen, Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

3. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß
§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Aufwendungen und Erträge wurden auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Es bestehen keine Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt 511.291,88 €.

Der Unterschiedsbetrag i.S.d. § 253 Abs. 6 HGB im Bereich der Rückstellungen für Altersversorgungsverpflichtungen zwischen dem Ansatz der Rückstellungen nach Maßgabe des entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatzes aus den vergangenen zehn Geschäftsjahren und dem Ansatz der Rückstellungen nach Maßgabe des entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatzes aus den vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahren beträgt 3.783 € (Vorjahr 18.911 €).

IV. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die sonstigen betrieblichen Erträge umfassen Erträge aus der Auflösung von Rückstellungen sowie periodenfremde Erträge.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Es bestehen keine nicht in der Bilanz enthaltenen Geschäfte, die für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage notwendig wären oder sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 33 Personen (Vorjahr 35) i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 5 HGB beschäftigt.
