Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss der SoftInvent GmbH (Gesellschaft) wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs (HGB) aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Regelungen des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) zu beachten. Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Erstmalig war der Jahresabschluss verpflichtend nach den geänderten HGB-Vorschriften des sogenannten „Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG)“ zu erstellen. Aufgrund des Wahlrechts in Art. 67 Abs. 8 S. 2 des Einführungsgesetzes zum Handelsgesetzbuch (EGHGB) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen nicht angepasst.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Wesentlichen und soweit möglich an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet. Darüber hinaus waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:

Die erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Das Anlagevermögen wurde grundsätzlich linear entsprechend der steuerlich vorgegebenen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Soweit steuerlich zulässig, wurde die Möglichkeit der degressiven Abschreibung genutzt. Bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410,00 Euro wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert bewertet. Sofern der am Abschlussstichtag beizulegende Wert niedriger war, wurde dieser angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz abgezinst.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Informationen zur Bilanz

Zur Ermittlung der Pensionsrückstellung wurde das modifizierte handelsrechtliche Teilwertverfahren. Für die Berechnungen wurden ein Zinssatz von 5,15 % und eine Rentendynamik von 1,5 % angenommen sowie die „Richttafeln 2005 G“ von Dr. Klaus Heubeck zugrundegelegt.

Der nach Art. 67 Abs. 1 Satz 1 EGHGB bis zum 31. Dezember 2024 anzusammelnde Betrag beläuft sich am Bilanzstichtag auf 64.487,00 Euro.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren im Geschäftsjahr der Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) Frank Strunk und der Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Stephan Pohlmann.
