Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurden die handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB sowie das GmbHG beachtet.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Bilanzierung. Die Grundsätze der Einzelbewertung und der Unternehmensfortführung, das Vorsichtsprinzip und der Grundsatz der Bewertungsstetigkeit wurden beachtet.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert worden.

Der Ansatz des Kassenbestandes sowie der Kontokorrentkonten bei Kreditinstituten erfolgte zum Nominalwert.

Das Eigenkapital ist zum Nennwert bewertet.

Allen am Bilanzstichtag bestehenden Risiken, soweit sie bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erkennbar waren, ist durch die Bildung ausreichender Rückstellungen Rechnung getragen. Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgte zum Erfüllungsbetrag. Bilanzierungswahlrechte für Rückstellungen wurden nicht wahrgenommen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Geschäftsführer

Alleinvertretungsberechtigter und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreiter Geschäftsführer war im Berichtsjahr Herr Günther Kehl, Gau-Bischofsheim.
