Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Alle drei Kriterien überschreiten nicht die Grenzen einer mittleren GmbH.

II. Angaben zu einzelnen Bilanzposten

Vorräte sind mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet. Wertminderungen sind durch Abschläge berücksichtigt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Beim Gewinnvortrag ist die Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses berücksichtigt.

Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Der Posten enthält Beträge

mit einer Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr: 806.304,34 € (Vorjahr: 750.557,48 € ).
