I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften gemäß § 42 GmbHG erstellt

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267(1) HGB.

Von der Inanspruchnahme der gesetzlichen Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften bezüglich der Anhangsangaben wird Gebrauch gemacht.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen die erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Sie werden nach vernünftiger Beurteilung angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Zur Geschäftsführung ist bestellt: Wolfgang Harald Haselberger, einzelvertretungsberechtigt mit der Befugnis, im Namen der Gesellschaft mit sich im eigenen Namen oder als Vertreter eines Dritten Rechtsgeschäfte abzuschließen.
