Askia GmbH

Vorbemerkung

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Gesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB. Von Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde weitgehend Gebrauch gemacht.

Es besteht ein abweichendes Wirtschaftsjahr vom 01.10. bis 30.09.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer der GmbH waren im Berichtsjahr Herr Patrick George, Paris und Herr
Dietmar Dzierzawa, Hockenheim.

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt zum 30.09.2010 25.000 Euro. Zum Zeitpunkt der
Berichtserstellungwar es voll eingezahlt.
