Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss auf den 31. Dezember 2014 der Contagt GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) erstellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Entgeltlich von Dritten erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und über den Zeitraum der Nutzung planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Die selbst geschaffenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den bei deren Entwicklung anfallenden Herstellungskosten auf Vollkostenbasis bewertet und ebenfalls über den Zeitraum der planmäßigen Nutzung abgeschrieben.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer der Gegenstände bilanziert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Bei Forderungen, deren Einbringlichkeit mit erkennbaren Risiken behaftet ist werden angemessene Wertabschläge vorgenommen; uneinbringliche Forderungen werden abgeschrieben.

In den sonstigen Rückstellungen sind alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten. Die Bewertung erfolgt mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist.

Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.
