Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Nach den Größenklassen des § 267 HGB handelt es sich bei der Gesellschaft um eine
"Kleinst- Kapitalgesellschaft".
Gliederung und Bewertung entsprechen den handels- und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften. Die Handelsbilanz ist zugleich Steuerbilanz.
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Hierbei findet die lineare Abschreibungsmethode Anwendung.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Abwertungsbedarf war nicht gegeben.

Für erkennbare, ungewisse Risiken wurden Rückstellungen gebildet, die das zu erwartende Kostenrisiko voll abdecken.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit über 5 Jahre bestehen nicht.

Neben den in der Bilanz aufgeführten Verbindlichkeiten bestehen keine weiteren Haftungsverhältnisse.
