I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss der Firma JobRouter AG wurde gemäß den §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des AktG und der Satzung aufgestellt.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung änderte sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und werden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige lineare oder degressive Abschreibungen vermindert. Bei Zugängen an beweglichen Gegenständen des Anlagevermögens wurde die Abschreibung zeitanteilig bzw. nach der Vereinfachungsregel angesetzt.

Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips. Die Bewertungsmethode blieb gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, um alle am Bilanzstichtag erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit einem laufzeitabhängigen durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz
1. Forderungen
In den Forderungen sind Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr in Höhe von € 322.776,34 (Vorjahr: € 309.400,00) enthalten.

2. Verbindlichkeiten
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten besitzen wie im Vorjahr jeweils eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von € 199.967,14 (Vorjahr: €209.949,54) und solche aus sozialer Sicherheit in Höhe von € 14.555,14 (Vorjahr: € 11.490,02) enthalten.

IV. Sonstige Angaben
1. Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer
Während des Geschäftsjahres 2023 waren 82 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

2. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Die Gesellschaft hat am Bilanzstichtag Miet- und Leasingverpflichtungen im Wesentlichen aus der Anmietung von Büroräumlichkeiten und dem Leasing von Kraftfahrzeugen. Die Miet- und Leasingverpflichtungen belaufen sich insgesamt auf jährlich T€ 656,7.

3. Schlusserklärung zum Bericht über die Beziehungen zu verbundenen Unternehmen (Abhängigkeitsbericht), § 312 Abs. 3 Satz 3 AktG
Die JobRouter AG hat bei allen Rechtsgeschäften mit verbundenen Unternehmen nach den Umständen die, zu dem Zeitpunkt, in dem die Rechtsgeschäfte vorgenommen wurden, bekannt waren, bei jedem Rechtsgeschäft eine angemessene Gegenleistung erhalten und ist dadurch, dass Maßnahmen getroffen oder unterlassen wurden, nicht benachteiligt worden.
