Rechtliche Grundlagen
Die Eintragung der Gesellschaft in das Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Mannheim erfolgte unter HRB 707521.
Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Mannheim.
Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Entwicklung, der Kauf und Verkauf, die Wartung und die Beratung im Zusammenhang mit Computersoftware und damit zusammenhängende Dienstleistungen, soweit hierfür keine Genehmigung erforderlich ist.
Das Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 (1) HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 326 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Ansatz, Bewertung und Gliederung erfolgte unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.
Die Forderungen und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert aktiviert.
Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der erwarteten Inanspruchnahme gebildet.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.
Angaben zur Bilanz
Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen 12.000,00 € (Vorjahr 12.000,00 €).
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Schulden, Verluste und Risiken, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen.
In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 10.000,00 € (Vorjahr 0,00 €) enthalten.
Sonstige Angaben
Herr Abraham de Wolf, Heidelberg und Herr Andreas Hofmeister, Mannheim, sind als Geschäftsführer bestellt. Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Vorschriften des § 181 BGB befreit.
