0. Rechtliche Verhältnisse

Die Gesellschaft ist beim Registergericht Mannheim unter der Nummer HRB 7737 mit Sitz in Mannheim (Geschäftsanschrift: Saarburger Ring 13, 68229 Mannheim) eingetragen.

1.2 Wirtschaftliche Verhältnisse

Der Jahresabschluss der ASSD Automationstechnik-System-Software-Dokumentations GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2015 wurde nach den Vorschriften des am 1. Januar 1986 in Kraft getretenen Bilanzrichtlinien-Gesetzes erstellt.

Soweit Wahlrechte für die Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk im Anhang gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen hat die Gesellschaft die Grenzen der kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft nicht überschritten und ist somit eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

0. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss der ASSD GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Regelungen waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Bilanzierung der Sachanlagen erfolgte zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen nach steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller abgeschrieben.

ANHANG
zum
31.12.2015

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert, wobei Wertberichtigungen unter Berücksichtigung eines möglichen Ausfallrisikos einbezogen wurden.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Bewertung erfolgte jeweils in Höhe des Betrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem höheren Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert. Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Durch Pfandrechte abgesicherte Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht vorhanden.

Es wurden weder an die Geschäftsführung noch an die Gesellschafter Darlehen vergeben.



3. Vorschlag zur Ergebnisverwendung

Der Geschäftsführer schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit dem Gesellschafter die folgende Ergebnisverwendung vor:

Der Jahresüberschuss des Jahres 2015 beträgt 3.525,89 € wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.



4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Geschäftsführer der GmbH war im Kalenderjahr 2015 Herr Rainer Fischer.
