Allgemeine Angaben

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung. In Anwendung des § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 wurde auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes verzichtet.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuer-rechtlicher Maßnahmen

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen bzw. Steuerforderungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten bzw. noch nicht fälligen Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.
Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlust-rechnung

Die Gliederung und Bewertung der Bilanz- und GuV-Posten entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

Die vorgeschriebenen Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind bereits im Jahresabschluss erfolgt.

Die Entwicklung der Einzelposten des Anlagevermögens, die Buchwerte zum 31.12.2020 sowie die Abschreibungen des laufenden Jahres sind aus dem als Anlage beigefügten Anlagenspiegel ersichtlich.

Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB und sonstige Pflichtangaben

Neben den in der Bilanz aufgeführten Verbindlichkeiten sind keine Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB zu vermerken.

Rückstellungen

In der Bilanz zum 31.12.2020 wurden folgende Rückstellungen gebildet:
Rückstellung für Aufbewahrungspflichten von 1.620,00 €, Rückstellung für Abschlusskosten von 1.100,00 € und Rückstellungen Tantieme Geschäftsführer in Höhe von 592,00 €.

Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresüberschuss 2020 in Höhe von 1.233,93 € wird auf neue Rechnung in die Folgejahre vorgetragen.
