Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1.1 Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches § 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in § 264 ff. HGB erstellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Von der Möglichkeit der größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für diese Kapitalgesellschaft und der Möglichkeit, Berichtspflichten im Anhang statt in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zu erfüllen, wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Contronics GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in Merzenich. Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Düren unter HRB 4837 eingetragen.

Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.

1.2 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten erfasst und werden linear entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer (drei Jahre) abgeschrieben.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer (zwischen drei und zehn Jahren) der Vermögensgegenstände entsprechend linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter - bis netto 800,00 € - wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Der Warenbestand wurde aufgrund körperlicher Aufnahme ermittelt und zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nennwert ausgewiesen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt und beinhalten unter anderem die Jahresabschlusskosten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

2. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind ausschließlich kurzfristig und haben jeweils eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Bei den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen handelt es sich um kurzfristige Lieferantenrechnungen, die innerhalb der Zahlungsfristen bestehen. Die Restlaufzeit beträgt jeweils weniger als ein Jahr.

Bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB angewendet.

3. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

4. Sonstige Angaben

4.1 Zusammensetzung der Organe und Mitarbeiter

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 war Herr Christian Schoeller einzelvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft.

Aufgrund der Regelung des § 286 (4) HGB wird zu den Geschäftsführergehältern keine Angabe gemacht.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt im Jahresdurchschnitt vier Mitarbeiter.

4.2 Ergebnisverwendung

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von 44.701,40 € auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
