Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben
Die Convers Consult GmbH ist gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB als kleine Gesellschaft einzuordnen.
Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften unter Berücksichtigung ergänzender Regelungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt worden.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres wurden beibehalten.
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um nutzungsbedingte planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert, vermindert um angemessene Wertberichtigungen, bilanziert.
Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Das Kapital ist zum Nennwert bilanziert.
Rückstellungen sind mit dem Betrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Eine Abzinsung wurde gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 HGB nicht vorgenommen.
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr belaufen sich auf T€ 257.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 EUR.

D. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Gerd Wiechert.
