Angaben zur Feststellung:
Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches. Sie hat ihren Sitz in Minden. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Bad Oeynhausen unter HRB 10099 eingetragen. Das Anlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten oder zu niedrigeren Tageswerten angesetzt. Das übrige Umlaufvermögen ist zu Nominalwerten angesetzt, dabei werden bei den Forderungen erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Darin sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter von T€ 0 (Vj. T€ 43 ) enthalten. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert. Davon haben T€ 228 (Vj.
