Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der MDC Mobile Data Collection GmbH mit Sitz in Korschenbroich (Handelsregister Neuss, HRB 19713) wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) für kleine Gesellschaften, den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) sowie den Regelungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. Er besteht aus Bilanz, Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung sowie dem Anhang.

Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach den Bestimmungen des HGB (§§ 266, 275) gegliedert. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Absatz 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Forderungen, Wertpapiere

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungsbildung wurde gem. § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern sowie die Steuerrückstellungen aufgrund der Betriebsprüfung.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Sachanlagen

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Angaben zu Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern (§ 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG / § 264c Abs. 1 HGB)

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen die nachfolgenden Rechte und Pflichten:
