Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss ist nach geltenden Vorschriften des Handels- und Steuerrechtes aufgestellt worden.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Es handelt sich bei der Gesellschaft um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 HGB.
Von den sich hieraus ergebenden Erleichterungsvorschriften wurde größtenteils Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gesellschaft wurde durch Gesellschaftsvertrag vom 02.04.2003 gegründet und beim Amtsgericht Kleve im Handelsregister unter HRB 6201 eingetragen.

Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer ist Herr Dirk Valentin Schneider, Moers.

Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 € und wurde voll eingezahlt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die Gliederung und Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist aus dem beigefügten Anlagenspiegel ersichtlich.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen wurden in kaufmännisch vernünftiger Höhe gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Für die Lieferantenverbindlichkeiten bestehen die handelsüblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte.
