I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die MDSI IT Solutions GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Moormerland. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Aurich unter HR B 100481 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 266 I, 276, 288 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen. Bei der Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses wurde von den Erleichterungen gemäß § 326 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Einzige Ausnahme ist der erstmalige Ansatz von passiven latenten Steuern ab dem Geschäftsjahr 2023.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, linear abgeschrieben.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Bei der Bemessung der planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurde von der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen Nutzungsverhältnisse ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände wurden nach der linearen Methode abgeschrieben.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu einem Wert von 800,00 € wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG vollständig abgeschrieben.

Die Warenbestände wurden gemäß § 255 HGB zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Die Bewertungsgrundsätze des strengen Niederstwertprinzips wurden dabei beachtet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden erkennbare Risiken durch die Bildung von Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.

Da sich zwischen der Handels- und Steuerbilanz der Gesellschaft aufgrund von steuerrechtlichen Sonderabschreibungen und Effekten aus einem Sonderposten gem. § 6b EStG unterschiedliche Wertansätze ergeben, sind passive latente Steuern zu berücksichtigen. Der Steuersatz für die Bewertung der latenten Steuern beträgt 28,425 %.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Jahresabschlusserstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 HGB mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Verbindlichkeiten

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 404,2 T€ (Vorjahr: 356,6 T€). Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit über einem Jahr belaufen sich auf 687,5 T€ (Vorjahr: 737,5 T€). Davon bestehen Verbindlichkeiten mit Restlaufzeiten über 5 Jahren in Höhe von 487,5 T€.
