ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2012

I. Grundlagen der Rechnungslegung

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und denen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Bestimmungen des HGB gem. §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert. Die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 274 a HGB und § 288 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wird gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet. Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.

Die ab dem Geschäftsjahr 2010 zwingend anzuwendenden geänderten Bewertungsvorschriften des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) wurden beachtet.

II. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der Astro Microsystems GmbH zum 31.12.2011 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge auf neue Rechnung übernommen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Darin enthalten sind Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 9.662,72. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Eigenkapitalpositionensind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen beinhalten sämtliche, nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Die Erträge und Aufwendungen sind periodengerecht abgegrenzt.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte unverändert bei

Margot Rubinstein.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde festgestellt am 18.11.2013.
