Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Die beweglichen Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 250,-- wurden als sofortige Betriebsausgabe behandelt. Investitionen von € 250,01 bis € 800,-- bzw. bis € 1.000,--
werden im Anschaffungsjahr entweder voll abgeschrieben oder werden als Sammelposten behandelt und auf 5 Jahre linear bzw. über die Nutzungsdauer gemäß AfA - Tabelle abgeschrieben.
Beteiligungen sind keine vorhanden.
Die Vorräte wurden mit dem am Bilanzstichtag vorliegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt.
Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Das Geschäftsjahr betreffende laufende Steuerrückstellungen sind passiviert.
Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen sind alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten berücksichtigt. Sie werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.
Änderungen von Werten aufgrund laufender oder noch nicht abgeschlossener Betriebsprüfungen wurden nur soweit vorgenommen, wie diese zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt waren.

Ergebnisverwendung
Der Jahresüberschuss wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:

Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden durchschnittlich 29 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
