Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die Firma S & L TerraSoft GmbH wurde mit Gesellschaftsvertrag vom 17. November 1998 gegründet. Das Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Sie nimmt grundsätzlich die Erleichterungen der §§ 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3, 276 Satz 1 und 2 sowie 288 Satz 1 HGB in Anspruch.

Für die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Anlagevermögen

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, gegebenenfalls vermindert um planmäßige und außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.

Anlagevermögen, dessen Nutzung zeitlich begrenz ist, wird entsprechend seiner voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer planmäßig abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibung erfolgte in der Regel linear. Die jeweilige Nutzungsdauer ist aus den Erläuterungen für den Jahresabschluss ersichtlich.

Bei den Zugängen beweglicher Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens werden entsprechend der steuerlichen Vereinfachungsregel Zugänge des ersten Halbjahres mit der vollen Jahresrate, Zugänge des zweiten Halbjahres mit der halben Jahresrate abgeschrieben.

Das Fortführungswahlrecht für Altfälle wird angewendet.

Umlaufvermögen

Der Bestand an Waren wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Sie werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nominalwert bewertet.

Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen umfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Haftungsverhältnisse gem. §§ 251, 268 Abs. 7 HGB bestehen nicht.

Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel Seite   ersichtlich.

Abschreibung

Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung des Anlagevermögens setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:

Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresüberschuss wird hiermit festgestellt. Die Bilanzsumme beträgt € 24.158,20

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag 2016 in Höhe von € 90,20 in voller Höhe auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

Buchmäßig liegt eine Überschuldung vor, jedoch hat Herr Volker Lutz eine Rangrücktrittsvereinbarung für das zinslos gewährte Darlehen unterzeichnet.
