Für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

Allgemeines

Die Gesellschaft ist nach den Größenkriterien des §267 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches in der seit dem

01. Januar 1987 geltenden Fassung wurden angewendet.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Einstandspreisen abzüglich planmäßiger Absetzung bewertet.

Beim Sachanlagevermögen wurden die ermittelten Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten um planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibung gemindert.

Bei den Forderungen wurde jeweils der Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Einzelrisiken waren nicht zu berücksichtigen.

Die Bestände an flüssigen Mitteln sind mit ihren Nominalbeträgen angesetzt.

Bei den Verbindlichkeiten ist jeweils der Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt worden.

Einzelangaben zur Bilanz

Von den aktivierten Forderungen hatten keine eine Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr.

Die passivierten Verbindlichkeiten hatten ausnahmslos eine Restlaufzeit von unter fünf Jahren.
