Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft mit Sitz in Müllrose (Gewerbeparkring 1, 15299 Müllrose), eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Frankfurt (Oder), Nr. HRA 4296, weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Es wurde vom Wahlrecht des Artikel 93 Absatz 2 EGHGB Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen in der Fassung des BilRUG sowie der Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten einschließlich der Nebenkosten bewertet, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen unter Beachtung der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Das Vorratsvermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Ausfallrisiken wurden durch Einzelwert- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Die Bankguthaben wurden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind mit ihrem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Die bis zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung gewonnenen Erkenntnisse sind dabei berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten betragen 171,9 TEUR. Davon sind innerhalb eines Jahres 62,5 TEUR, innerhalb zwei und fünf Jahre 109,4 TEUR und über fünf Jahre nach Stichtag 0,0 TEUR fällig.

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 52,4 TEUR enthalten.

Alle übrigen Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

V. sonstige Erläuterungs- und Angabepflichten

Folgende Gesellschaft ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin (Komplementärin):
