Allgemeine Angaben

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden grundsätzlich nach den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet, bei Wahlrechten wurde jeweils die steuerlich günstigste Methode gewählt.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit absetzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Der Gesamtbetrag der gesicherten Verbindlichkeiten beträgt 14.451,63 €. Hier handelt es sich um Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Lieferanten, die durch die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte gesichert sind.

Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag

Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag mindern in Form der Körperschaftsteuer (3.412,00 €), des Solidaritätszuschlages (187,66 €) und der Gewerbesteuer (2.701,00 €) das Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit.
