I. Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

A. Allgemeines

Da der Jahresabschluss ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens- und Ertragslage vermittelt, sind zusätzliche Angaben hierzu nach § 264 Abs. 2 HGB nicht erforderlich. Ergänzend werden zur Finanzlage Erläuterungen gegeben.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Bei der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten und der Einschätzung von Risiken wurde das Prinzip der Vorsicht angewandt.
Alle steuerlichen Möglichkeiten für die Inanspruchnahme von Abschreibungen und Bildung von Rückstellungen wurden voll ausgeschöpft.

Sonderabschreibungen wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Soweit Geschäftsvorfälle in ausländischer Währung im Jahresabschluss ihren Niederschlag fanden, so sind die entsprechenden Positionen mit dem Wechselkurs zum Zeitpunkt ihres Zugangs bzw. mit dem niedrigeren Jahresschlusskurs bewertet.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Pfandrechte und ähnliche Rechte wurden nicht als Sicherheiten gegeben.

D. Finanzlage

Es werden laufend lang- und mittelfristige Finanzpläne sowie eine detaillierte kurzfristige Liquiditätsplanung erstellt. Die Finanz- und Liquiditätsplanung wird unterstützt durch eine Investitionsplanung und eine Planerfolgsrechnung (Budget-Planung).
