Die 7pace GmbH wurde in den Konzernabschluss der Appfire Technologies LL.C. (USA) einbezogen.

Am 23. November 2023 wurde zwischen der Appfire Germany Holdings GmbH (herrschende Gesellschaft) und der 7pace GmbH (beherrschte Gesellschaft) ein Ergebnisabführungsvertrag geschlossen. Dieser wurde am 6. Dezember 2023 im Handelsregister bei der beherrschten Gesellschaft eingetragen. Der in 2023 erzielte Verlust wurde aufgrund dieses Vertrages von der Appfire Germany Holdings GmbH übernommen.
