Allgemeine Angaben

Die ASSIST GmbH hat ihren Sitz in München. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter HRB 226 664 eingetragen.

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma ASSIST GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsatzungsgesetz (BilRuG), aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Grundsätzlich orientierten sich die angewandten Bilanzierungsmethoden an den steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen.

Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Grundsätze und Methoden angewandt:

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert. Vermögensgegenstände, deren Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, wurden entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen, wirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauer und entsprechend den steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften planmäßig nach der linearen Methode abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten zum Bilanzstichtag.

Der Ansatz der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung möglicher Risiken.

In den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr EUR 76.800,00) gegen Gesellschafter enthalten.

Flüssige Mittel wurden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Das Stammkapital wird als Gezeichnetes Kapital ausgewiesen und ist zum Nominalwert bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist. Sie decken alle zum Bilanzstichtag erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen ab.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen bilanziert.

Nach den uns von der Geschäftsleitung erteilten Auskünften und überlassenen Unterlagen ist in den bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten keine mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr enthalten.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten und Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind gegenüber Gesellschaftern Euro 7.779.774,52 (Vorjahr: EUR 8.873.822,13) enthalten.

Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß §§ 251, 268 Abs. 7 HGB bestehen nicht.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Im Jahresdurchschnitt wurden 3 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Im Berichtsjahr war ein Mietvertrag für Büroräume und ein Leasingvertrag abgeschlossen. Die bestehenden Restverpflichtungen im Berichtszeitraum betragen 27.864,32 EUR.

Die ASSIST S.P.A., Milano - Italien, stellt einen Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten Kreis von Unternehmen auf, in den der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft einbezogen wird.
