Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

profit_and_loss_account array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical profit-and-loss line items, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the profit and loss accounts of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Das Sachanlage- und Finanzanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei werden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 594.000,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 1.088.000,00).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 5.242,28 (Vorjahr: EUR 104.923,97).

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00).

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind, beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00).

Neben den in der Bilanz aufgeführten Verbindlichkeiten sind keine Haftungsverhältnisse zu vermerken.

Die Gesellschaft ist berechtigt und verpflichtet bis 31.12.2024 ein Darlehen in Höhe von 1 Mio. Euro und bis 30.06.2025 ein Darlehen in Höhe von weiteren 1,7 Mio. Euro auszureichen.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
