Allgemeine Angaben

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Gesellschaft ist kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. von § 267 HGB.
Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt.
Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses entspricht den §§ 266, 275 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden unter Berücksichtigung der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften gewählt.
Pflichtrückstellungen nach § 249 Abs. 1 HGB wurden gebildet.
Auf einen Verbindlichkeitenspiegel nach § 285 Nr. 2 HGB wurde aufgrund der größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschrift des § 288 HGB verzichtet.
Es bestanden Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 417.491,79 (Vorjahr € 256.449,32).

Sonstige Angaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres war Herr Bernd Schaudinn als Geschäftsführer bestellt.
