1.	Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Gliederungsgrundsätze für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach dem Umsatzkostenverfahren angewandt.
2.	Grundlagen der Umrechnung in Euro Sämtliche Umsätze wurden in Euro getätigt, so dass keine Umrechnungen aufgetreten sind.
3.	Abweichungenvon Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen Abweichungen wurden nicht vorgenommen.
4.	Verbindlichkeiten Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten sind kurzfristige Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von weniger als 1 Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter sind längerfristige Verbindlichkeiten.
5.	Personalaufwand Die Geschäftsführung wurde ehrenamtlich und unentgeltlich übernommen.
6.	Vorschlag für die Gewinnverwendung Der Bilanzgewinn der PraediCom GmbH beträgt -1.245,50 € (Euro). Der Verlust wird auf die nächsten Geschäftsjahre vorgetragen.
