Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Rechtsverhältnisse

Die Gesellschaft wurde mit Notariatsurkunde Nr. 2580/2011 s vom 22. Spetember 2011 errichtet und am 17.10.2011 unter der Nr. 194721 in das Handelsregister, Abteilung B beim Amtsgericht München eingetragen.

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Erbringung von Ingenieurdienstleistungen für die Produktentwicklung, insbesondere mit Methoden der numerischen Simulation, sowie alle damit direkt oder indirekt zusammenhängenden geschäftlichen Aktivitäten.

Zu Geschäftsführern wurden Herr Akhtar Munir und Herr Peter Lattau bestellt.

Das Geschäftsjahr der Gesellschaft ist das Kalenderjahr.

Neben den Geschäftsführerern waren am 31.12.2023 drei Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer beträgt im Kalenderjahr 2023 drei Arbeitnehmer.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlusstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem . § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen.
Beim Jahresabschluß konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs-und Bewertungsmethoden im wesentlichen beibehalten werden. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.
Der Jahresabschluß der SOCO Engineers GmbH in 80807 München wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Größenabhängige Erleichterungen wurden bei der Aufstellung und Offenlegung bzw Hinterlegung des Jahresabschlusses in Anspruch genommen.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH- Gesetzes zu beachten. Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden :
Die Zugänge zu den Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Bei der Folgebewertung wurden die Anschaffungskosten des abnutzbaren Sachanlagevermögens vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen gemäß der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt.
Bei der Bestimmung der Abschreibungsdauer und - methode wurde der tatsächliche Wertverzehr des Anlagevermögens beachtet. Die Abschreibungen des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgten grundsätzlich zeitanteilig.
Die Abschreibungen auf immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände betragen im Kalenderjahr 2023 € 47.929,-- ( Vorjahr 47.929,--), die Abschreibungen auf Sachanlagen € 1.964,83 ( Vorjahr € 4.897,98 ).
Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw Herstellungskosten gemäß den Angaben der Gesellschaft angesetzt.
Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten, die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Von der Vergünstigung gem § 274 a Nr 4 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in Bezug auf latente Steuern wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet worden, insbesondere für Personal- , Abschlußkosten, Kosten für Aufbewahrungspflicht, für abgerechnete noch zu erbringende Leistungen und Steuern.
Dabei wurde der nach kaufmännischen Beurteilungen notwendige Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen das laufende und das vorangegangene Kalenderjahr.
2. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
3. Sämtliche Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

IV. Abweichungen von den bisherigen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluß konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden beibehalten werden.

Ein Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.
