Micro-companies up to €450,000 total assets · €900,000 revenue · 10 employees
Only deposit a balance sheet, which is not publicly viewable. No figures appear here.
Small companies up to €7.5 million total assets · €15 million revenue · 50 employees
Publish an abridged balance sheet without a profit and loss statement. Revenue and net income are then missing.
Medium-sized companies up to €25 million total assets · €50 million revenue · 250 employees
Publish the balance sheet and an abridged profit and loss statement.
Large companies (above that)
Publish the full annual statement including the management report.

Sole traders and partnerships with a natural person as fully liable partner (such as GbR, OHG or a classic KG) are not required to disclose at all. Figures then only exist if they were published voluntarily.

Other typical reasons:

The company has fallen below the size limits and has only deposited its statements since, instead of publishing them.
The company was dissolved, merged, liquidated or is insolvent. After that, statements are usually no longer published.
The filing was missed or is late. The Federal Office of Justice then imposes fines, but publication often still happens years later.

As soon as a newer statement is published, it will appear here.

ANHANG

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches gegliedert.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet:

Die Sachanlagen werden zu historischen Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibung bilanziert. Die Wertentwicklung wird in der Anlagenbuchhaltung zweifelsfrei nachgewiesen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert unter Abzug gebotener Wertberichtigungen angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital (Stammkapital) ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und unter Beachtung der steuerlichen Vorschriften angesetzt und bewertet worden.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung der in der Bilanz erfassten Anlagegegenstände ist in der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens (vgl. Anlage) dargestellt.

Sämtliche im Einzelnen ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind binnen Jahresfrist fällig.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen in Höhe von EUR 1.500,00 setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

V. sonstige Angaben

1. Als Geschäftsführer im Handelsregister eingetragen ist:

Der Geschäftsführer vertritt die Gesellschaft einzeln und ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

2. Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter bestehen Verbindlichkeiten aus laufender Verrechnung und aus einem gewährten Darlehen in Höhe von insgesamt EUR 24.787,20 (Angabe nach §42 Abs. 3 GmbHG). Der Bilanzausweis erfolgt unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten.
