Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierung, Bewertung, Währungsumrechnung und Konsolidierung

Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB ein- zustufen.
Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden nur bei der Erstel- lung des Anhangs in Anspruch genommen.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.
Die dem Vorjahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2020 zugrunde liegenden Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden werden unverändert fortgeführt soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Be- wertung erforderten bzw. sich durch den Ansatz der neuen HGB Vorschriften nach BilRUG ergaben.
Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden im Hinblick auf die Änderungen durch das Bilanzrichtlinienumsetzungsge- setz angepasst. Die Höhe der Umgliederung ist für die Aussagekraft des Jahresabschlusses von unter- geordneter Bedeutung.
Die Geschäftsleitung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern). Gründe, die ge- gen die Fortführung sprechen, sind nicht erkennbar.

Informationen zur Bilanz

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungs- kosten bewertet worden. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen sind planmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen worden. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde anhand der von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten Abschreibungstabellen ermittelt. Soweit erforderlich sind die niedrigeren beizulegenden Werte angesetzt worden.
Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 EUR wurde auch in der Handelsbilanz vom Wahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht und im Jahr der Anschaffung zugleich ein Abgang unterstellt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kauf- männischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken.
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sie sind alle innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Sicherheiten wurden nicht gestellt.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurde durchschnittlich 1 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
