Only deposit a balance sheet, which is not publicly viewable. No figures appear here.
Small companies up to €7.5 million total assets · €15 million revenue · 50 employees
Publish an abridged balance sheet without a profit and loss statement. Revenue and net income are then missing.
Medium-sized companies up to €25 million total assets · €50 million revenue · 250 employees
Publish the balance sheet and an abridged profit and loss statement.
Large companies (above that)
Publish the full annual statement including the management report.

Sole traders and partnerships with a natural person as fully liable partner (such as GbR, OHG or a classic KG) are not required to disclose at all. Figures then only exist if they were published voluntarily.

Other typical reasons:

The company has fallen below the size limits and has only deposited its statements since, instead of publishing them.
The company was dissolved, merged, liquidated or is insolvent. After that, statements are usually no longer published.
The filing was missed or is late. The Federal Office of Justice then imposes fines, but publication often still happens years later.

Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2019

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Bei der Evolution Internet Fund GmbH (im Folgenden auch: „Gesellschaft“) handelt es sich um eine Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbH) im Sinne des GmbHG, gegründet am 14.06.2012 und ansässig in Deutschland mit Sitz in München (Handelsregister B des Amtsgerichts München, Registernummer - HRB 199275). Die Geschäftsanschrift lautet: Flößergasse 6a, 81369 München.

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist der Verkauf, Vertrieb, Vermittlung und Einbringung von Internetdienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Touristikdienstleistungen hinsichtlich der Vermittlung von Reiseleistungen jeder Art.

Der Abschluss zum 31. Dezember 2019 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) erstellt worden.

Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den vorgesehenen größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB, § 276 HGB, § 288 Abs. 1 HGB sowie der § 325 ff HGB hat die Gesellschaft Gebrauch gemacht.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

•	Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände, Sachanlagen und Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet.
•	Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.
•	Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
•	Liquide Mittel sind zum Nennwert bilanziert.
•	Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für das folgende Wirtschaftsjahr darstellen.
•	Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
•	Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Angaben zur Bilanz

•

Forderungen bestehen ausschließlich mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

•

Verbindlichkeiten gliedern sich wie folgt:

•	Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr: 5.457.264,43 EUR
•	Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr: 80.967,17 EUR

•

Der Jahresfehlbetrag 2019 beträgt 3.802.504,21 EUR.

•

Das voll eingezahlte Stammkapital ist auf 88.554,00 EUR gestiegen

•

Die Kapitalrücklage ist auf 20.674.560,78 EUR gestiegen

•

Zum 31. Dezember 2019 bestand ein „Nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckter Fehlbetrag“ in Höhe von EUR 3.768.542,93 EUR.
