A. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze

Der Anhang ist (teilweise) unter Berücksichtigung größenabhängiger Erleichterungsvorschriften gemäß § 288 HGB erstellt worden.

Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen.

B. Erläuterungen zur Bilan

Soweit der nach nachstehenden Grundsätzen ermittelte Wert von Gegenständen des Anlagevermögens über dem Wert liegt, der ihnen am Bilanzstichtag beizulegen ist, wird dem durch außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen Rechnung getragen. Stellt sich in einem späteren Geschäftsjahr heraus, dass die Gründe hierfür nicht mehr bestehen, so wird der Betrag dieser Abschreibungen im Umfang der Werterhöhung unter Berücksichtigung der Abschreibungen, die inzwischen vorzunehmen gewesen wären, zugeschrieben.

Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige kumulierte Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden linear über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer von drei Jahren vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichend objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre, der von der Deutsche Bundesbank zum Bilanzstichtag ermittelt wurde, abgezinst.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 109.813,20 (i. V. EUR 18.354,01).

Der Betrag der sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 42.870,54 (i. V. EUR 0,00), davon EUR 35.627,47 (i. V. EUR 0,00) aus Steuern sowie EUR 6.528,27 (i. V. EUR 0,00) im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit.

C. Sonstige Angaben

1. Personal

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 10,58.

2. Organe der Gesellschaft

Geschäftsführer ist: Dimitri Mistetski, Pliening.

3. Ergebnisverwendung

Der nach Abzug des Gewinnvortrags in Höhe von EUR 5.300,92 verbleibende Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 1.008.622,74 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 9. Mai 2022 festgestellt.
