Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die Blitz 22-793 GmbH hat ihren Sitz in München und ist beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter HRB 277505 geführt.

Der Jahresabschluss der Blitz 22-793 GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennbetrag bewertet.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nennwert ausgewiesen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Hinsichtlich der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens wird auf den Anlagenspiegel verwiesen.
