Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2013 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.d.F. des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt.

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der handelsrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Informationen zur Bilanz

Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr 0,00 Euro).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 34.471,60Euro (Vorjahr 47.442,01 Euro).

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahre beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr 0,00 Euro).
