Aktiva

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens entspricht dem Anlagespiegel.

Die einzelnen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden zu ihren Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Passiva

Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe der Beträge ausgewiesen, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung und Vorsicht zur Abgeltung der jeweiligen Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten voraussichtlich erforderlich sein werden.

Genau bestimmbare Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Sonstige, nicht aus der Bilanz ersichtliche finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestehen nicht.

Ergebnisverwendung und Rücklagenentwicklung

Der Jahresabschluss wurde vor endgültiger Ergebnisverwendung aufgestellt.

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt die folgende Ergebnisverwendung vor:

Der Jahresfehlbetrag wird mit dem Gewinnvortrag verrechnet.
