Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibung bewertet. Die Wirtschaftsgüter wurden linear abgeschrieben und entsprechen den steuerlichen Abschreibungen. Geringwertige Anlagegüter wurden gemäß den Regelungen zum GWG-Pool linear abgeschrieben. Forderungen sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Rückstellungen sind in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet. Positionen in Fremdwährung gibt es nicht.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagespiegel dargestellt, der nicht offengelegt wird. An Abschreibungen wurden 1 TEUR auf Sachanlagen vorgenommen. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind sämtlich wie im Vorjahr innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von 73 TEUR (Vj. 55 TEUR).

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen nicht.

Von den Verbindlichkeiten sind 3 TEUR (Vj. 3 TEUR) innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
