für das Geschäftsjahr 2024

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde in Anlehnung an die Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet und - soweit abnutzbar - planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Bei der Bemessung der Abschreibung wurde auf die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgestellt. Dabei kam die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgte grundsätzlich in Höhe des Nennwertes. Da ein latentes Ausfallrisiko nicht bestand wurde keine Pauschalwertberichtigung gebildet.

Die Rückstellungen wurden mit dem Betrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Posten in fremder Währung wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Anschaffungskurs unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind nicht vorhanden.

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt 25.000,00 Euro und ist vollständig eingezahlt.

Es sind keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren vorhanden. Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind, bestehen nicht.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Es wurden im Geschäftsjahr exklusiv der Geschäftsführer durchschnittlich 12 Angestellte (Vorjahr 12) beschäftigt.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen im Sinne des § 288 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind gem. § 326 Satz 2 HGB nicht enthalten.

Die Angaben zum Anteilsbesitz sind nach § 286 Abs.3 Satz 1 Nr.2 HGB unterblieben.
