A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2019 der Firma innovesia EDV-Service GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG), des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Ausweis- und Gliederungsvorschriften wurden entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften befolgt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt worden.

Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, die im Geschäftsjahr und im Vorjahr keinen Betrag ausweisen, wurden gem. § 265 Abs. 8 HGB nicht angegeben.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sowie Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und
    Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Ergebnisverwendung

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit dem Gesellschafter die folgende Ergebnisverwendung vor:

Der Jahresfehlbetrag beträgt € 12.017,00.

Der Jahresfehlbetrag soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 0.

Die Gesellschaft ist zum 31.12.2019 rechnerisch in Höhe von 20.988,67 Euro überschuldet. Zur Vermeidung der tatsächlichen Überschuldung wurde für die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter ein qualifizierter Rangrücktritt vereinbart.

Geschäftsführungsorgane:
Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Klaus Rheidt geführt. Außer den Geschäftsführern waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
