Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss der LPR Service Ost GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angabe zu Forderungen
Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 0,00).

Angabe zu Verbindlichkeiten
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 46.601,53 (Vorjahr: Euro 68.391,66).

Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre und der Sicherungsrechte
Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 0,00).

Gewinnvortrag
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach teilweiser Ergebnisverwendung aufgestellt. In den Bilanzgewinn wurde ein Gewinnvortrag von Euro 7.551,91 einbezogen.

Beschluss über die Verwendung des Ergebnisses
In der Gesellschafterversammlung vom 11. April 2011 wurde der Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung zur Ergebnisverwendung für das Vorjahr angenommen.
