1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für das Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr vom 18.02. bis 31.12.2011 waren die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) zu beachten. Auswirkungen im Hinblick auf die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens ergaben sich nicht.

Aus Vereinfachungsgründen sowie in Verbindung mit den Grundsätzen der Wesentlichkeit wurde auf die Bildung von Ansprüchen bzw. Rückstellungen für Steuerlatenzen verzichtet.

Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens sowie Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Nennwert ausgewiesen.

Die gebildeten Rückstellungen berücksichtigen die voraussichtlichen Aufwendungen.
