A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluß 2010 war entsprechend den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes aufzustellen.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanz per 31.12.2010 ist vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses erstellt worden.

Über die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden berichten wir wie folgt:

Anlagevermögen

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die jährliche Abschreibung bewertet. Grundlage für die Berechnung der Abschreibung bildete die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer von 4 bis 10 Jahren.

Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen sind zum Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Passivposten

Rückstellungen sind nach dem Erkenntnisstand im Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung bemessen, um die voraussichtliche Inanspruchnahme abzudecken.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen Verbindlichkeiten i.H.v. EUR 144.906,71.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Einzelvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr Herr Wolfgang Hartmann, Hauptstrasse 47, 36272 Niederaula.

Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gem. § 264 I S. 3 HGB verzichtet. Die rechnerische Überschuldung wurde durch Rangrückstrittsvereinbarungen begegnet.
